Refund Policy

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date through your account settings.

After a successful cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further automatic charges will be made.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal. Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed.

• Monthly Plans: If a free trial is available, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the monthly subscription begins, payments are non-refundable.
• Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions become non-refundable immediately after payment confirmation unless otherwise required by law.

Deleting your account or removing any GetMyTracks integration from your store does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Renewal Charges

Subscription fees charged during an automatic renewal are non-refundable once the new billing period has started.

Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for monitoring your renewal dates, managing your subscription, and keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.

Payment Authorization

By subscribing to GetMyTracks, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until your subscription is cancelled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

GetMyTracks maintains billing records, account activity, and payment confirmations that may be used when responding to payment disputes or chargeback investigations.

Acceptance of this Policy

By purchasing a subscription and using GetMyTracks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
